TutusolPet Return & Refund Policy
At TutusolPet, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after 30 days, will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items that have been used, soiled, or altered
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@tutusolpetsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address
- Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- If rejected, we will notify you with the reason and return the item to you
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@tutusolpetsupplies.com within 30 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@tutusolpetsupplies.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary
